When you've upgraded your subscription, you will automatically gain access to the plan you've paid for.
If you have not automatically gained access, please:
- Check that you are logging in with the correct account. Sometimes, users have multiple accounts and upgrade one but log in with another. Please ensure you are logging in to the exact same account as the one you upgraded.
- If you purchased the upgrade via mobile, get in touch with iOS or Android support. We sometimes see delays in the activation of subscriptions when users pay via iOS or Android. iOS or Android support teams can resolve this issue.
