This feature is available to all users
If you're using MeisterTask Basic, you can close your account directly via the Android app.
MeisterTask Pro or Business users will need to cancel their subscription before closing their account.
To close your account, downgrade to MeisterTask basic and then:
- Navigate to My Account by tapping your user avatar in the top-left corner of your display.
- Tap Security.
- Tap Delete Account.
If you have a dedicated Success Manager and would like to cancel your contract, please reach out to our Accounts team.
If you don't have a dedicated Manager and are having trouble cancelling your subscription, reach out to MeisterTask Support.
