After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue our Affiliate Program, effective Dec 31, 2024. After this date, no new partner referrals or commissions will be processed under this program.

This decision was not made lightly, but as our company’s goals have evolved, we have determined that the Affiliate Program no longer aligns with our current business objectives.

Timeline of Changes

To help you prepare for the discontinuation:

• December 31, 2024: No new partner referrals or commissions will be processed after this date.
• January 1 – March 31, 2025: Partners can claim any outstanding commissions accrued until the end of 2024.

How to Claim Pending Commissions

We advise you to log in to the Partner Portal between January 1 and March 31, 2025 to claim any pending commissions. (If you cannot log in, please use this form.) 

If your total commissions are below 150 USD, please fill in this form to claim them. 

How Quickly Will I Get Paid?

Due to the high volume of requests, payment could take longer than usual (up to 2 months)

Will this affect other partner programs?

No, the changes apply exclusively to the Affiliate Program. If you are already a member of the Expert, Marketing or Reseller programs, nothing is changing for you. Please discuss with your partnership manager if you have any doubts or concerns.
