You have “view-only access” in MeisterTask - what does that mean?

MeisterTask offers different levels of access depending on a users’ seat. If you receive the message that you have “view-only access”, you have been assigned a Viewer seat. Viewers can view projects, tasks and notes, but may not edit any content.

Other team members may have editing access, which is granted to users with the Content Manager seat. Content Manager can create, edit and delete content.

If you need editing access, contact your Team Admin, who can upgrade or downgrade your product seat.

Please note that the Viewer seat is free, but editing access requires a paid seat on Pro / Business plans.
