Tasks are always created and managed in projects.
- (1) Projects are the main structure in MeisterTask, within which tasks are created, edited, and completed. Tasks exist and live in projects.
- Tasks that exist there can also be displayed elsewhere. Both the Tasks list and the Tasks area access tasks from projects, but offer a different view and organization.
(2) Tasks list
- The Tasks list is a feature on the Home page in MeisterTask.
- It displays tasks that are assigned to you or have been pinned to your Task area. You cannot create new tasks in the task list. It is used exclusively to display the most important tasks at a glance.
- To access the Tasks list: Click Home in the left sidebar.
(3) Tasks area (formerly Agenda)
- The Tasks area (formerly known as Agenda) is a separate area, independent of the home page or your projects.
- It contains all tasks that you have manually marked as pinned. New tasks cannot be created in the Tasks area either. Here you can freely organize your most important tasks and pin them to a personal pinboard.
- To access the Tasks area: Click on Tasks in the left sidebar.
