Purpose

Learn how to create a central project to manage large milestones while allowing team members to work within their own preferred boards.

 

Key Steps

  1. Set up an overview project board with columns that represent project phases (e.g., Planning, In Progress, Done).
  2. Create milestones as tasks, each one represents a major deliverable.
  3. Add subtasks to each milestone for the smaller action items.
    • Assign each subtask to a different person.
    • Add deadlines individually.
  4. Move subtasks to the relevant project board of each assignee.
    • Subtasks remain linked to the main milestone even after they’re moved.
  5. Use the filter to display subtasks in a project, ensuring full visibility.
