Key Steps

1. Create a new project in MeisterTask with a meaningful title and description.
2. Set up project columns to represent phases or categories.
3. Transfer milestones from your plan into MeisterTask as tasks.
4. Add subtasks for all action items listed in your spreadsheet or document.
   • Include responsible persons and due dates.
5. Invite team members to the project.
