Use the Integration

This article describes how to set up and use the integration with MeisterTask. It includes:

How to Use the Integration

Introduction is an easy-to-use lead management solution used by sales teams and salespeople of small to medium-sized businesses.

You can connect your and MeisterTask accounts to help you work more efficiently. Leads in are converted automatically to tasks in MeisterTask. The integration is facilitated through Zapier, a tool that allows you to connect apps together. These connections are called “Zaps”.

Before you start, make sure you have accounts on Zapier, and MeisterTask.


Set Up Your Trigger App

  1. Log in to your Zapier account and click Make a Zap!mceclip0.png
  2. In the search field, type noCRM and select io from the list.mceclip1.png
  3. From the trigger event drop-down, select New Lead Step Changed To ...mceclip2.png
  4. Click Save and Continue.mceclip3.png
  5. Click Connect An Account to connect Zapier to your no CRM account.mceclip4.png

Set Up Your Action App

  1. Select the action app to MeisterTask.mceclip5.png
  2. From the action event drop-down menu, select Create Task and clickmceclip6.png
  3. Click Sign in to MeisterTask to connect Zapier to your MeisterTask account.mceclip7.png
  4. Select the project and section in which new tasks will be created, as well as their default status.mceclip8.png
  5. Test and name your Zap!mceclip9.png 

Tip: You can also use Zapier to create Zaps using whatever triggers, actions and filters you want: Create Zaps.
