The Tasks list on the Home page

This feature is available to all users


Use the Tasks list widget on your Home page (Dashboard) to quickly view your most pressing tasks and to-dos.


Tasks list

The Tasks list displays a list of your most important tasks, organized by due date, along with task name, project name, pin icon and assignee.

Tasks includes:

  • Tasks assigned to you.

  • Tasks pinned to Tasks area. (The Tasks area was formerly known as Agenda):
    The My Tasks section on Home also includes tasks that you have been pinned to the area called Tasks (formerly known as Agenda). These pinned tasks will appear even if they are not directly assigned to you, making it easier to track tasks you’re monitoring or collaborating on.
    • Users on the Basic plan can pin tasks to the Focus area in their Task area (formerly known as Agenda).
    • Users on the Pro or Business plan can create and customize their Task area (formerly known as Agenda) and pin tasks to any section.

Customize and filter your Tasks list

Filtering helps you quickly find the relevant tasks on your home page:

  • View only your own tasks at a glance.

  • Focus on tasks from a specific column in the Task area (formerly known as Agenda).
