You can view and download your past and current invoices for MindMeister or MeisterTask at any time in the Account section under Invoices. This is your account's billing history. You can always access it via this link.
If you'd like to navigate to your billing history directly through MeisterTask, follow these steps:
- Click your user avatar in the top right corner of MeisterTask.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- On the left sidebar, click Billing.
- Switch to the Invoices tab.
- Click on the invoice number or the charged amount for each invoice to download the invoice.
Note
You cannot download an invoice if the charge is made through iTunes or Google Play Store. The invoices for these payments are obtained from either iTunes or Google Play Store.
