How did you buy your subscription?
Where your invoice is available depends on how you purchased your subscription.
If your invoice isn’t showing in your web account, it may be because the payment was handled by Apple or Google. In that case, the invoice must be downloaded directly from their platform. Keep reading to find the right instructions for your situation.
How to download your invoice if you bought your subscription on the web
You can view and download your past and current invoices for MindMeister or MeisterTask at any time in the Account section under Invoices. This is your account's billing history. You can always access it via this link.
If you'd like to navigate to your billing history directly through MeisterTask, follow these steps:
- Click your user avatar in the top right corner of MeisterTask.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- On the left sidebar, click Billing.
- Switch to the Invoices tab.
- Click on the invoice number or the charged amount for each invoice to download the invoice.
Note: Invoice Not Showing
If your invoice is not showing: You cannot download an invoice if the charge is made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The invoices for these payments are obtained from either Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How to download your invoice if you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
You cannot download an invoice if the payment was made via your mobile phone. If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the invoice will not appear in your normal account on the web/browser.
Where can I get my invoice?
Invoices for payments made via the Apple App Store must be downloaded directly from Apple.
Invoices for payments made via Google Play must be downloaded directly from Google.
Can you send me the invoice?
No. Invoices for payments made via the Apple App Store or or Google Play are only available through those platforms. Please contact Apple or Google support if needed.
