Troubleshooting: Invalid Credentials ("We've Updated our Login System")

Recently, we created a new login page for all Meister tools. If you've previously stored your login information in your browser or password manager, you may receive the following error when logging in to your account:

Don't worry! Your data and account are still completely safe, and you can still log in to MeisterTask by entering your credentials manually.


Solve this Issue

To solve this issue, you'll need to enter your login credentials manually:

 

  1. Go to meistertask.com (or open the MeisterTask app). You’ll be directed to the new domain automatically. 
  2. Enter your username and password manually (do not use the credentials stored in your browser or password manager).
  3. Click Log In.
  4. (Optional) If prompted, save these credentials to your browser or password manager.

If you forgot your login details, reset your password using this link.

Don’t worry — the new Accounts page will not affect your account information or how we handle your data.
