Meister is committed to a fair billing policy in line with our Terms of Service. As such, customers are entitled to full refunds exclusively under one of the following conditions:
- The refund request is received within 14 days of original purchase (not applicable to renewals of an existing subscription).
- MeisterLabs has terminated the contract for an "important reason", as defined in our Terms of Service (Para. 14.3).

MeisterLabs cannot directly manage subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Google Play Store. If you'd like to request a refund for a mobile subscription, please reach out to Apple Support or Google Play Support.
