You can collapse or expand the list of projects left sidebar by clicking the rocket icon in the left sidebar of the MeisterTask interface.

To collapse or expand the left sidebar

Navigate to a Project.
Click the rocket icon in the left sidebar of MeisterTask (keyboard shortcut: M). Or use the three lines icon.
