Not received your password reset or activation email?

Please check the spam folder in your email inbox.

Still not received the activation email 24 hours after registration?

Please contact Customer Support using the email address associated with your Meister account.

Have you been redirected to the "Account" section instead of your "Dashboard"?

Please clear the cache and cookies in your browser and close it. Reopen MeisterTask and log into your account as normal.

Can't Log in With Facebook? 

Meister no longer supports logging in with Facebook. If you previously used Facebook to access your account, you’ll need to reset your password. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Go to the Login Page and click the I forgot my password option.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your Meister account.
  3. Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folders) for the password reset email.
  4. Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
