Can I Cancel My Subscription and Delete My Account in the iOS/ Android App?

iOS

If you're using MeisterTask Basic, you can close your account directly within the iOS app My Account page. Read this article to find out how.

If you subscribed to MeisterTask Pro or Business through the app store, you must cancel your subscription through your iOS settings before closing your account. Find out how to do this here. Then close your account on iOS, as described here.

Android

If you're using MeisterTask Basic, you can close your account directly within the My Account section of the Android app. Read this article to find out how.

If you subscribed to MeisterTask Pro or Business through the Google Play Store, you must first cancel your subscription through your Android settings and then close your account.

If you have a dedicated Success Manager and would like to cancel your contract, please reach out to our Accounts team.
